Green View is pleased to announce the promotion of Justin Dean to the position of Director of Landscape Sales & Operations. With over 20 years of experience in the landscaping industry, Justin brings extensive knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for excellence to this new role.

Justin began his career in landscaping in 2004 and joined Green View in 2006 as a crew member. Through dedication and hard work, he advanced to the position of Master Construction Foreman. He earned multiple certifications, including retaining wall construction, drainage methodology, and a Landscape Design degree from Lincoln Land Community College, further enhancing his expertise in the field. In 2012, Justin transitioned into the role of Landscape Design-Build Consultant, where he served as a principal on multiple award-winning projects.

In his new role as Director of Landscape Sales & Operations, Justin will oversee landscape design, sales, and production for Green View’s four branches. He is committed to ensuring that Green View’s Design-Build division remains an industry leader by identifying and implementing the latest technology, products, and best practices in installation.

Justin’s leadership will focus on optimizing team performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving innovative solutions to meet evolving market demands. His experience and dedication will reinforce Green View’s reputation for delivering high-quality, professional landscape services across Central Illinois.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys an active personal life. He and his wife Talia have two children. He dedicates time to helping coach his son’s travel baseball team. Additionally, he coaches a local CrossFit class, reflecting his passion for fitness and community involvement.
